Epson Printer Repair and Printer Maintenance

I-Tel offer printer repair, servicing and printer maintenance on Epson OEM manufacturer printers in Cardiff and South Wales. Our technicians know a lot about Epson printers, so where possible we feel it is only fair to share our knowledge and expertise with our customers as and when they need it.

The average experience that one of our printer engineers has is around 12 years. This ensures that we have experienced qualified engineers who not only have the experience and knowledge about printing technology but also understand how frustrating it can be when your printer doesn’t work.

If you're in South East Wales...

We provide a Epson printer maintenance / printer repair service* to our customers with the aim of keeping your printer down time to an absolute minimal. I-Tel are swift to react to any issues and repair most Epson problems on site that same day. If the faulty printer is in need of a little more attention and can’t be fixed straight away we can offer a temporary replacement printer until your printers problems are resolved.

If you're in the UK...

We are able to provide our customers with an on site printer service throughout the UK and Ireland.

Two options are available; (i) our repair engineers can visit you and repair the printer on site or (ii) you can arrange for your printer to be delivered to our warehouse in Swansea. The benefit of the latter option is the fixed labour/callout charge.

Epson Printer Spares

Whatever Epson spares are in need, I-Tel can usually source and supply on a next day delivery basis. The company keeps many items such as Epson fuser units, Epson maintenance kits and Epson rollers kits in stock. As well as OEM original printer spares I-Tel frequently offer the option of the more cost effective refurbished alternatives (but only where the quality is equal to OEM).
